Surreal Composite Photography Mini-Course Part II – Fundamentals

This is the second video in a multi-part mini-course on surreal composite photography.

Whether you’re new to surreal photography or you’ve been experimenting with it for a while, there is something here for you.

In this video we review some important factors that you need to consider when compiling images for your composites. By evaluating our background image before bringing in other images to add to our scene we set ourselves up to build a believable composite.

Over the course of this video series I will walk you through what to do to begin creating your own images, while also showing you the step-by-step process of how I conceptualized and created the surreal composite image you see in the thumbnail for this video.

If you enjoyed this video, consider subscribing to my YouTube channel to show your support, and so that you will be notified when I post the next installment in this mini-training.

Here is how the course will be broken up:

– Part I – Pre-production

– Part II – Fundamentals of Composite Building

– Part III – Shooting & Gathering Images

– Part IV – Photoshop Edit Follow Along
